This beautiful unique mountain villa in Southern Spain is found nestling in the foothills of the Andalucia Sierra mountain range with its spectacular views across the mountains and valleys.
The property is an individually designed luxury villa recently completed and built in the Moorish style which is typical of this area. The luxurious villa is in its own large plot offering good separation from adjacent properties. Although with all modern comforts and amenities its appearance is that of a grand medieval Moorish villa. Large intricately carved arched windows allow access to three separate terraces that each have a magnificent uninterrupted view of the surroundings.

The imposing double entrance gates bounded on one side by a natural rock outcrop lead to the large split level front terrace. Natural cane screen canopies shelter you from the sun whilst you relax with a drink and eat alfresco. From here you can also look down into the lovely shaped pool with its adjoining whirlpool pool which has seating all round . It could also be used as a childrens pool. The terraces have large luxury wind-out awnings for sun protection.

All floors in this luxury villa, including the spiral staircase in the tower, are marbled. The large lounge/diner has 3 double sliding windows to afford plenty of cool breezes to waft through from the terraces and balcony. For the winter months there is a wood effect gas fire built into the feature fireplace.

All 3/4 bedrooms and the lounge are airconditioned. There are two bathrooms and one shower room in the villa. The villa is on 3 floors with a spiral staircase in the tower.
The master bedroom at the top of the tower has a double bed ,en-suite.and private terrace.
At entrance level there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a shared bathroom.
At the pool level there is a large room that can be used as a 4th bedroom and contains a combination of a double bed/settee and two single beds. It has a large shower room.
There are 3 toilets in the property.

AMENITIES
The immediate area is a select development of individually designed villas near to the Moorish castle and village development that has restaurants and a bar.

Local amenities consist of:- Moorish Castle restaurant (dine or drink next to the 1,000 year old tower), tennis courts, horse riding, golf course, fantastic mountain walks, caves, abandoned Moorish villages.

Fifteen minutes drive to lively Mojaca  Vera beach with all normal holiday entertainments, water sports, microlite flights, water park.
Many local fiestas in the surrounding towns including the quaint local fishing port of Garrucha Almeria.

Torre de Cascada is the best  villa we have stayed at,
the pictures don't do it justice and the views are amazing.
It was a peaceful and calm place to stay where a lot of thought had clearly been given to making our holiday special. The pool and whirlpool were great and the beaches sandy and clean.
