Huerta Nueva is a resort-style development of apartments, duplexes, bungalows, penthouses, townhouses and villas, all located within a rural setting in the region of Los Gallardos, close to the main motorway which connects to Almeria and Murcia.
The nearby town of Mojacar, with its ancient whitewashed village and fabulous beaches, is one of the most popular destinations in Almeria, while the amazing beaches of Vera and the seaside town of Garrucha are within easy reach, as are the several nearby top quality golf courses.
These lovely white painted 2 bedroom properties are 2 story, either as ground floor or upper floor apartments in blocks of 4. There is a reserved car parking space in front of each property.
Outside the front door is a terrace area looking out towards the mountains and sea.
The front door leads to a good sized lounge diner with large window areas containing blinds and shutters. There is a cable TV system installed.
Leading off of the lounge is a large fully equipped kitchen that looks out over the front terrace. A wide corridor leads to a large shared bathroom and two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have large window doors leading to a terrace facing onto the green park and pool area.
Stairs lead from the lounge to a small store/bedroom that has access to the large roof terrace giving uninterrupted views.
The setting is very tranquil and open unlike some complexes that can be very claustrophobic.
