The villa was until recently the prestige show villa of this very select area. Like all other villas in the area it stands in its own grounds and is well separated from other properties. There are NO apartment blocks or Hotels only individually designed villas in stunning locations of Moorish design making the area reminiscent of Marrakesh.

The luxury villa is built on three floors.
The imposing entrance leads to a large lounge, dinning room and fully equipped kitchen.
The next level down has 4 large bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms.
The large double glazed picture windows are bounded by intricately carved Moorish arches and columns.
The lowest floor can be used as a self contained apt (at extra cost)and has a further 2 bedrooms plus a very large kitchen/diner
AMENITIES
The immediate area is a select development of individually designed villas near to the Moorish castle and village development that has restaurants and a bar.
Local amenities consist of:- Moorish Castle restaurant (dine or drink next to the 1,000 year old tower), tennis courts, horse riding, golf course, fantastic mountain walks, caves, abandoned Moorish
villages .
Fifteen minutes drive to lively Mojacar/Vera beach with all normal holiday entertainments, water sports, microlite flights, water park.
Many local fiestas in the surrounding towns including the quaint local fishing port of Garrucha.
